This guide provides instructions on how to add content to a feedback form. Follow the steps below to easily and efficiently complete the process.


1. Click "Heading"

Select the heading option and drag it onto the page

Click 'Heading'

2. Click "New Heading"

Fill this space to enter the a heading to the form

Click 'New Heading'

3. Click "Save"

Use save button to save it

Click 'Save'

4. Click "Paragraph"

You can now repeat the same action with this button if you want to add a paragraph to your feedback

Click 'Paragraph'

5. Click "Text Input"

You can also repeat the same action again to add a text input. A text input is a space where users can write what they want in their own words. For example, you can ask them a question, and they can answer it in their own words.

Click 'Text Input'

6. Click "New Text Input"

Write the question in this box. You can ask, for example, how long did the course take you? Or, did you like the course?

Click 'New Text Input'

Choose here by ticking the boxes if the answer is required, if it is only for assessment courses, or for attendance courses

Click 'Required'

8. Click "Save"

Then, save it with this button

Click 'Save'

Then, to add a question with multiple choice answers, select this button and drag it onto the page

Enter here the question you want to ask users about the course

And enter here different possible answers that users can choose to answer

As with Text Input, you can choose when the question is needed. Then save with the save button

You can add also add dropdowns and checkbox to your feedback with this button.

You can see that the configuration of the settings is similar to that of the multi choice. Go back in the video to review those of the multi choice if you want to set up the settings of a dropdown or of a checkbox

You can add a text area which is the same principle as a text input. The only difference is that users who respond to feedback will be able to develop more words in a text area than in a text input.

Fill this box with a question or the a phrase you want users to see

Choose here the maximum number of words accepted in the development

Here you have the Number option. It is where you want to restrict the text input to numbers only such as asking for a post code or any other number specific input. This field will not accept any text inputs other than numbers

Here are the last 3 features. You can add a rating scale where the users can choose a number corresponding to their satisfaction for example
