New feature available under ‘Builders’ in the Admin area for those that have been assigned such admin rights.

Step 1 is to populate the ‘Question Bank’ with questions.

Buttons allow you to create a new question or edit an existing one.
Once questions have one submission they cannot be edited as shown below with the greyed-out action buttons on one of the questions. If changes are needed, they should be duplicated and then archived.

MCQ Question Options
Type; select between Multi Choice Question or Long Answer Question
Language; Select language you require
Question Name; This is generally the full text required for participants to be able to answer the question. Images and videos can be added to questions.
Instruction; These are additional guidance for participants to assist them with any specific instructions they should know for responding to the question, for example if a MCQ has more than one correct response you may indicate this here. These instructions will appear in italics text for participants
Has no correct Answers?; Allows questions to not be marked, generally only used on elearning courses rather than knowledge tests.
Show Question Feedback to Participants; Allows comments to be provided to participants if they answer the question correctly or incorrectly. These are only displayed when results are provided after the end of a test.
Tags; Assist filtering questions and should be added when setting creating questions
Marks; Number of marks the question is assigned in the overall test
Difficulty; Questions can be ranked from 1-5 and helpful to define when creating a test

Long Answer Questions
Long answer questions have similar options to MCQs such as Language, Name, Instruction, Tags, Marks and Difficulty.
Word Minimum & Word Limit; Ensure that a participant must have a minimum amount of words in their submission and also not more than the maximum limit.
Include Model Answer; When enabled this is displayed to Course Deliverers when they are marking long answer questions. A model answer assists them to have consistency when assigning marks for long answer questions.
